Got alot done this weekend, i need to order and or get a different Z-Bar now because i used an 11" bell so i nd a 68-70 z-bar for a big block with the cast 11" bell.

Got another update for everyone thats Pic **** happy. Started mocking up the ps pump, realized the pully i have is wrong.
And got enough of the floor de-undercoated and sealed and painted to where i can get the trans in and not halfto remove it again.

Certainly not I man.. Looks really good, your doing a great job on this, not having to keep taking the trans out should be a great help! the ride in that Fury made ya want to get this all ready for the same huh... lol..

Not so much the ride in the Fury, but.just going to Carlisle PA. And scoring all the parts. So i figured i would fordge ahead a bit until i nd a break again. Hope to have the trans in tonight

Transmission and shift mechanism installed. More to come. Also let me just sY, that was no fun trying to get that in without scratching all my paint. Haha

She is looking good bud! bet your more then glad that trans is in and over, If i remember correctly they weigh in at 168 pounds, not something that you want to be putting in and out! I, when i first got my 833 picked it up with the bell housing on it and set it on the bench, wow, im getting old! lol. Sold the bell, do still have the 833 but that may be gone soon as well.. Keep up the great work! good luck...

Thanks alot Ron, i appriciate the support theres been more than one occation ive thought about ditching this project. But the more i look at it and the more i wrench on it tye more i want to see it back on the ground and in the sunlight.
Heres another small update. I finished the trans stuff, installed tye clutch linkage, speedo cable throttle cable, replaced the u-joibts and installed the shaft, put gear oil in it (took longer than putting the trans in)
Ive got the coolant system and fuel system left to tackle, and wire up the guages. Abd ill be ready for D-Day....

I have a pait of summit chambered mufflers ill use. And all 2 1/2" pipe...

Hey ron, do you know what wire off the headlight switch cobtrols the dash light dimmer? I want to finish wiring all those guages.... didnt no if you knew. thanks

And i cant wait to see this thing on the ground too. Ill surely make a video....

Got the ps pump, and alt. Installed and plumbed/wired and started the fuel system. Got a pritty trick carb heat isolator made by coolcarb. Pritty trick piece. Ill take a close up of it tomorrow. For now heres a couple to enjoy

I guess i should have checked here first, good deal regardless.. But I just sent you 2 diagrams a bit ago to your email, if its the same, been awhile... If it isint someone might be scratching there head maybe wondering what kind of car this is lol. They will explain it and they might come in handy later.. Good luck.
