Maybe it would have broken through $20k if it had the power windows option and a working chronometer.

How many are in the registry?
How many known VIN'S in the registry?
How many have been scrapped or are sitting in salvage yards?
Also, are you tracking how '79 300 cars with T-tops and moonroofs are in the registry?

A FCBO member has created a new gathering place on Facebook for non letter 300's. He has included the 1979 Chrysler 300 (which is really a Cordoba). Currently, it is a public group and will be going private very soon.

That would be fine with me. Just like the 1979 was really a Cordoba, the originals were really a New Yorker.

Kind of makes me wonder if it's a real add. Car was in NJ and now is in FL with no additional miles in 6 years.

1979 chrysler 300. Bucket seat console car. 360, 727. Runs drives and stops. Needs a little work. Steering box has a little play in it, trans pan leaks a little. I installed a new edelbrock rpm air gap intake and msd ignition system and coil to get it running a little better. Barely ran when I got it. Has a few dents and dings but nothing major and no major rust. Pretty clean car for the age. Price is $8500. A little flexible but not alot.

This 300's VIN is on the list.
Matching numbers car with T tops, it was wrecked at one point and had cordoba fenders installed.

Sadly, I remember when it was driven here, and was all intact and pretty nice shape. The e-58 360 was removed and has been sitting inside. It has some rust in lower quarters. The previous owner trashed the interior and the windshield. He had a way with cars...it was not good.

Not sure if you @LS-300 have these in the registry but I was at Desert Valley this morning. The first one is being parted out and the second is being sold whole for $4500. Way too much for it's condition.
