Coule be disassembled easy enough and then reassembled but shipping is going to be the killer on it

It can be shipped I took it down the panels are 20ft long by 3ft wide then the frame is all taken down I would guess shipping lower 48 no more then $500.00 I will ship it or come with a car trailer and get it

thats a heck of a price. with the doors to boot. my guess, moving it myself and finished, would be 6,000.00$ max. which comes up @ 16.666$ per square foot. if i wasn't so far away i would buy that for the re-sale value alone. there is $ to be made there. another point is at that size, 360sq ft, there not a lot of zoning issue's.

ps: price a 5x10 pre-fab from the depot or lowes and I'll bet its 30.00$ a foot minimum and you might get your lawn mower in it.
