Well, it's that time of year again to get the ball rolling. The 2011 Palmetto Nationals at Darlington Dragway is set for October 14-15, 2011. This will be 4th event at the legendary track.
On Friday, there will be a pre-event party at Carolina Nightlife, located between Darlington Dragway & Darlington Raceway, featuring JT Steele & The Hired Guns with special guest Frontier Sons. Live entertainment at it's best. Admission will be free, but you will have to pay for your drinks & food. Must be 18 or over to attend.
On Saturday, The Palmetto Nationals will host a IHRA Ironman Classic with 4 race classes open to all makes & models, a Mopar classic & modern car show, swap meet, car corral, and vendor midway area.
Proceeds for the car show will go to help benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
