How about posting the NHRA "Silly Season" rumors you run across all in one place?
Let's see what really transpires before the start of the 2016 NHRA "Pick 'Em" game.

Here's a few to start with:

* The third DSR dragster driver will soon be announced and the name is.....Shawn Langdon who evidently passed his 2015 Countdown on-the-job interview. But Top Fuel driver Shawn Langdon doesn't include Alan Johnson
* A big name tuner is rumored to be joining John Force racing to take the place of Todd Smith on Brittany Force's Top Fuel car. Let's see, what big name tuner has been looking for funding for his own team? How about the initials AJ...as in Alan Johnson?
And the rumors also say a face familiar to the championship tuner will accompany him on the rumored move.
* Leah Pritchett is rumored to be joining a prominent two-car Top Fuel team with an announcement coming soon.

Who &/or what will DSR steal this year ?...LOL

If I remember correctly the Elite Motorsports team,
{Erica Enders-Stevens P/S 2014-2015 Champ.}
will be a Mopar team next season too...
IIRC Jeg Coughlin will be part of that team, go full time again too...
AS much as I dislike "Miss Piggy" arrogant attitude,
I'm glad to see Mopar power in the Elite Racing Garages, something to rout for...

I wonder what will happen to Mopar's Allen Johnson & Roy Johnson race team ?

I wonder what's going to happen with KB Racing ?
with no Summit sponsorship "allegedly"..

I wonder about V. Gains too ?

I wonder if we will actually get to see Pro-Mod live & not 6 weeks later,
after the fact coverage airing...

I wonder if the new FoxSP1 coverage will include, sportsman classes to,
not just finals, other than & including AA Dragster & F/C...

I would like to see Comp Eliminator, S/S or Stock, allot of different styles of cars...

I personally could care less about the "remote control" {LOL},
throttle stop & delay box, all electronics racing Super classes 10.90, 9.90, 8.90,
weak *** launches, killing all the power, right after launching & boring a$$ races...
{sorry, not meant to offend anyone, but that's what I think}

I already do watch...

I like that show, one of my favorite, at-least it's drag racing...
They're not really Pro-mods thou, bottom of the list is 9's & 10's 1/4 mile
Pro-Mods ?, than they would run in the mid-high 3's in the 1/8th mile
@ 200+ mph if they actually were...
They all fall short of that, their fastest are in the mid 4's 1/8th mile @ best,
7.30's best IIRC, 1/4 mile, that's not too shabby for what they are thou...
Ol' Pro-Gas or Ol' Pro Doorslammer or Outlaw Pro-Stock maybe...LOL

Jeff Lutz's licensed & tagged, insured,
57 ran in the 5.90's @ over 210mph 1/4 mile drag week stuff IIRC,
But not on their streets or their closed off scripted street/track,
I think when he got beat it was all scripted BS,
make the guys in OKC & show look better/faster
or his car just wasn't working, I highly doubt that thou....
Anyway I couldn't prove it...LOL
I'm Not sure if Lutz's car is all legal weight & std.'s for Pro-Mod either...

Not sure how many are actually tagged, insured &
actually really street driven "ever" either...

There were a couple of also-rans that claimed they were Pro-mods
on a couple of episodes, but not really Pro-mods...
Not the Real Pro-Mods I know...

I like there's no lengths given, no handicapped BS staggered starts,
it's all heads up run what ya' brung...
Even if it's scripted Reality TV, better than Kardashians or some other lame shows....

For the money, R&D efforts, to help fund his race parts supply business...

AJ is Replacing Britney's old C-C {name eludes me at the moment}
IMO Britney was doing relatively well last season,
IMO she needs to work on her reaction times, driving & controlling tire smoke etc....
The car was doing decent, pretty much qualified good almost everywhere,
it was on race-day, she didn't win, would get to the semi's & lose...
