2025 Mopar Spring Fling at Willow?

So, with Willow Springs Racetrack up for Sale/closed? what happens to the Spring Fling track day?
Are there any dates or replacement tracks considered/available?

Understand, I don't want to start any false rumors here. All I know is the Track is officially up for sale as of June 2024, and their posted online calendar says closed at end of December and lists nothing further.
I'm mainly looking for confirmation or more information.

We don’t have a finalized Spring Fling date quite yet. So that will dictate track day date.

Not sure if Willow has sold yet. And maybe they just haven’t posted 2025 dates yet.

I have worked Sunfest WPB event for 39 of its 40 years. It's almost a 3-week gig and financially very worthwhile for me. Past Performers - SunFest | Downtown West Palm Beach
The downside is it always overlapped for me logistics wise Spring Fling at Willow. Sunfest has had rain the past 5 of 6 events, and COVID was also a big hit.
They announced yesterday the event is canceled in 2025 for reasons that might be obvious.
15 minutes later I was online scoping out Spring Fling 2025, and here we are, no dates, and track up for sale. Oh well.

A month or more ago I heard a certain woman made a bid to buy Willow Springs. Haven't heard anything since. And yes, I heard it 'directly' from her in one of her videos on Youtube.
