2nd gen rear window orientation

Just got the charger back from the body shop and it looks like the rear window was flipped over. It bows inward instead of bowing out. Is this correct? Thanks

I thought is was pretty much flat glass.

Laying a flat edge across the length of the window, it bows inwards about a half inch.
