Anyone have photos of how they may have converted a 318 to a linkage more like the FITech linkage? It may be more like a Holley or Edelbrock 4 barrel? The stock linkage/kick down pulled linkage from below the throttle shaft pivot point where as the FITech you pull the linkage from above the shaft pivot point. I bought the Holley Chrysler adapter linkage and it does seem to line up with a few holes in the linkage but it is not clear it helps any...

I'll get the part number for what i used tomorrow when I'm back at the shop.

Yea I bought that bracket. Do you have a good photo of how you hooked it all up?

The only cars I have in the shop with the fitech on them are Chevy as the mopar was a customers car and it's down the road but I did text him and ask for some pics if he can.

I do know I just copied the same setup I had on a carbureted big block charger here in the shop that I put a Holley on. I can send a pic of that tomorrow because the fitech is almost identical to a Holley carb.

There are also a few guys on the a body forum that have put it on small blocks you can poke around over there.

If you are using the stock 2 barrel 318 lockdown you may be better off just going to a lokar setup.

I say this because 2 barrel kickdown is different and of course never offered in factory mopar form with a Holley 2 barrel carb

Yes I have that on several non original Mopars here. Works great but for my Mopars I prefer stock if I can.
