4"stroke (416) is pretty standard. 4.25"+ stroke is on the bigger end.
Have a 416 in my Duster. Pretty basic street/strip build up; IMM ported iron heads, solid cam, Holley Strip Dominator intake, 10:1 short block, TTi step headers, etc. Made 500.2 HP (yeah, I'm proud of that .2!) on the dyno with a basic, conservative tune. Torque was just under 500 ft lbs and was pretty flat between 3,000-5,500 rpm.
What car is this going in? What is the intended application?
