Is anyone reproducing the 69 b body wiper harness that connects to the switch? Google is not turning up anything but 2speed harnesses.

Wiper harness that connects to the switch? The harness to the wiper switch is integrated right into your dash harness. The harness off the motor is integrated into the electric motor housing and gear assembly. No separate stand alone harness that just plugs in.

Does anyone reproduce just the plug and wires that go into the 3speed wiper switch?

If you're electrically minded- there are places to buy the plastic plug & connectors.. CTW comes to mind, but you probably have to buy in multiples of 10 or so. Not good.. Just use female spade connectors on each wire and push them on.
