ebay is littered with junk listings like that.
Item is retail for $99
100 listings for $92.50
50 listings for $79
20 listings for $59
...and a couple listings for $699.
Who the F hits buy on the $699 one?
It must be some kind of scam to make ebay/credit card pay and write off.
I can't believe there are that many people incapable of searching and finding all the other listings.
(OK, let me rethink that last one)

Ebay auctions like this are money laundering operations.
Last one I saw was someone with a 1980's boom box and they wanted $499,000. It was up for a week, then it sold. Yeah, "sold". I bet. Just more open, flagrant crime in the modern day. No consequences means it will continue.
