440 cast iron water pump housing.

Quick question about the cast iron water pump housing for a 440. Is there any difference between one cast in 1967 and one cast in 1968?

I can't remember what year they changed, but some water pump housings have the lower radiator hose on the driver's side & others are on the passenger side. I had a mis-match once and couldn't read my timing marks

Nope. Other than casting date, the change was made in 73.

The change was from 66 to 67.

Thinking the difference is where your temp sender goes. But doesn't matter as the wire is long enough

And the height of the tstat mount, and the bolt hole for the alternator bracket.
