I have a 67 belvedere with 440/727, been thinking about a 4speed but wondering how hard it would be to find the parts to convert it over. Thanks

You will need a 4spd crankshaft also...the center is not drilled deep enough for the end of the input shaft on a 4spd trans. (don't ask how I know this...just trust me)

Special pilot bushing needed as well

well in that case i might not mess with it. That could turn into a lot of work

There are alternatives to swapping the crank. Most are drilled, but not "finish drilled" meaning the hole isn't deep enough for the input shaft. Also, the diameter isn't finished, but there are oilite bushings made for this. There is also a needlebearing bearing that can be used which doesn't fit in the hole, but in to the centering ring for the flexplate or flywheel.
