I made some polyfoam seals for the tail light trim pieces. I used some stamped nuts with the rubber seals to hold them on. I also installed one of the side markers.

More pics, here are the stamp nuts with seals that I opted to use since I didn't like the silver ones that came with the trim and the polyfoam seals I made for under the trim. And I have to say, I love these new side markers, they look like jewels.

In 1968 I saw a very cool movie that had something in it that looked very similar., the HAL 9000, lol

Need some help with some parts that I did not label and sure can't remember what they are or where they go. So let's see who can "name that part".

Dk.....Great job on installing the glass....That is a big tedious task..

Car is coming along nicely!

I do not....The hardest part on a charger headliner are the sail panel areas..... Some pics of my charger...

Got some goodies today. Getting ready for the headliner job. Also got some sheet plastic and cord weatherstrip from Lowes for the doors before I put my new panels on. The screws are for the inner fender splash shields and I got some new rear door sill trim extensions.

Kid, I'm going to be watching your headliner progress. I think that I am leaning toward trying to install my own. If you come across anything about your installation that you think would help, let us know. I know that you will do a good job. All of your work so far looks professional.

Thnx, lol, I wish I could find a way to make money redoing these old hotrods, dreaming again. And BIG THNX to CDR for those links. I gotta watch those again and study/research a little more to build my confidence. I'm wondering whether to glue the sides or not, any thoughts on that? I'm seeing that it seems to definitely needs glueing and/or double side taping on the bottom of the sail-pillar.

I had to make some of these clips/plug dohickeys like showard did also., for attaching the small sail-panel bow rods. They are apparently unobtainable, couldn't find anything on the net about them for sale anywhere. But I bet I could have gotten some from Justin's connection to used parts, oh well. I made these from the same metal I've been patching the body, so they're not spring steel but they seem to work ok. Also got the insulation in.
