511 hp RB kit

I have a 440 that I bought 20+ years ago. It was built with the 511 horsepower kit. What was the cam specs? I'm going to need one and I want the same spec cam to replace it. Thanks
I think there was an outfit called pro- parts in the 1980's who had a combo for that. Street dominator intake,.509-292 purple shaft, pocket ported 906 heads. Mafe 511h.p.&522 ft.lbs.

Is going from a duration of 241 down to 239 going to make a difference? This is a street car that will maybe hit the strip once in a great while. 8 3/4 suregrip has 323s.

The original was not actually 241. It measured 237. MP purposely exaggerated their 0.050” values. Wonder what the Mancini cam measures.

And if they are 2 degrees different, it would matter not.

Comp cams 21-310-4 is for all practical purposes the same as the 284/.484. Comp cams 21-242-4 is very close to mopars 292/.509.

I have a Isky 292 mega hyd in mine. 292 adv, 242@050, 108 LSA, 104 ICL, .500 LIFT. That’s a stock item for them. Works fine in my mild 440.

Hello @PsyOps

I called Ohio and they told me it is Cubic Inch. They offer 4 type. 499, 511, 541 or 572 CI.

I am not arguing about Ohio offering a 511 CI engine kit. The OP was clear he was talking about a 511 HP build in Post #3 when he said, "Not a stroker. I believe it was a 511 horsepower RB kit." This was later echoed by '67_ satellite when Satty reported in Post #21, "Mafe 511h.p.&522 ft.lbs." Could the OP have misstated what he was actually asking? Sure, but I was going off what he actually said. That's all. No harm intended.
