Just picked up a 1970 318 with a 904 that is going in my 63 4 door Belvedere to make a beater/driver. Plans are to have it on the road this fall.

Along with the 318 the same guy gave me a 361 short block to be rebuilt and will be going in the 63 Fury. Lots of work to do on the Fury.

Good to see people get them out and drive them. There are a lot of cars around here that just sit in the garage. I too have a friend with my favorite GTO--a 65. His is a red with black fabric top convettible

what a great job on the project. i have about 1 million questions only because i am building a 440 with the same intentions. your help and craftsmanship would be very valuable to me.

For the most part,after I parked the car Friday am I was not near the car 'till I came back to get the car and go to South Mountain for some 1/8th mile action.Back on the fairgrounds Saturday I and wondered around all day,had lunch in the Long Island Mopar tent and then off again for the afternoon.Had many guys tell me they stopped by the car and I wasn't there.
And I still did not see all I wanted to,they were looooong HOT days!!

HOT HOT HOT for sure. I truly believe that you can't see everything that is there in the 3 days of the event.
