Thanks for the wishes guys. They operated late today. A rod down her femur and a screw to hold the top in place and a setscrew to keep the rod from turning. The bone was broken into many pieces but the soft tissue held everything in place. She's 88 but came through it pretty good. The doctor wants her on her feet tomorrow with a 50 pound limit on her bad leg. We'll see how that goes. tmm

Thanks for the great AWB car hogpowr. I think AWB Wednesday is in order!
