great looking 65
After selling my 65 4 speed car to a fellow in Germany, to buy a C2 corvette, I realized how much I liked that Belvedere, and didn't like the C2 because it didn't have much space to carry chairs and coolers. So I got rid of the corvette and got back into bigger cars like Belairs or Chevelles. I still had a soft spot in my heart for another 65 B body. So finally one became available at a time when I was able to try and get. it's not a hotrod, but it is very clean and mostly original as far as I can tell. It does have a bit of rust which I will be taking care of. It has a 318 poly which runs great. I put the wheels and tires on it the day I got it.
Great collection of photos. I couldn't help but notice the "for sale $3995.00" on the sail panel of the last photo. That was a pretty good chunk of change back then but it was a National Record Holder and it was a Hemi car. tmm
Great photos KD. Love those old shots from back in the day.
