Based on the exhaust, doesn't it look like the '64 Grand Spaulding Godge has a turbocharger?

I think they just ran the header collectors out there.

That's my old car. Bought her in 1977 and sold her in 2009.

They stopped using that trim in 65. Possibly you have a 65 trunk lid.

A 65 deck lid won't fit a 64, tail light cut outs and inner structure are different.

The Max in Australia was very nearly wrecked in 1967, they towed the Plymouth on the trailer backwards because it was way too heavy on the ball of the old falcon wagon the right way !!!! Tow car ended up rolling but the 63 stayed upright :toothy9:
