Sweet 65. I'm working on mine. Took the rear end out a few weeks ago. Bought the Weld Pro-Stars a while back, but the offset was only 4" instead of 4 1/2-3/4". My brother is going to narrow it an inch each side and put larger drums on the rear. We wanted to replace seals and check the gears and axles too.

My new MOPAR! '65 Coronet 440 - 440/727 w/ 3500 stall, rev valve body, B&M Megashifter, 8-3/4 rear end with 4.10 sure-grip. Just finished giving it a wash before I took these pictures - didn't think it could any redder before I washed it - turned out that red color hides dirt like white paint does - now it is RED! LOL. The 440 is bored .030 over, JE Pistons, Lunati Hydraulic Cam, has a nice rumble to it!

Yes, those are Mickey Thompson aluminum valve covers on it... Just put a new set of door lock knobs on it today - didn't even get the manual out - tackled it all by myself....

If the fender tag is the correct one for the car, it started life with a 318 automatic, high trim level, light blue body with blue bench seat interior and variable speed wipers - now it's the red that you see with black buckets. Much better...

Saw a couple nice Mopars at our one of our mid-michigan small town car shows. In Mason, MI every July 4th. Around 225 cars around the town Courthouse, wide variety of vehicles. I see this Black 63 at a lot of our local shows. Fantastic max wedge car. Check out the info sign. Couple non 62-65 but cool mopars.
