62-65 Car show

Those are new seats repops for CJ5s. Nice lightweight seats cheap from the 4 x 4 co. Very much like A100 seats!!! These do not fold as some A100 seats do not fold either! The build is a 64 sorta SS tribute car. If I still have it will get a BB of some sort. I have the oem seat frames to go with if the buyer wants. or for sale too.
Cool

I was horrid with the camera, but saw this ‘64 at cars and coffee this morning. 1 family owed, poly 318 and push buttons.

I have been building old Mopars since the 80's and I admit I have never put any in the restoration threads here or on FABO. I just was never real good at taking a bunch of picture as I work. Her is my '64 Savoy project. It had been sitting since 85. I build the same animal back in the mid 90's, a 3 on tree slant Savoy that got a 440 and 4 speed. It found a new home like they all eventually did. It was one that had no real pedigree but one that I missed the most!
Here it is with body/paint work I just finished, new SmittyBuilt A100 style seats, some new windlace. Originally a WW1 white with red interior car. Needs the K changed out a big block of some nature, along with the 4 speed.
I have the f and R seat frames but, I am going with the SS theme, buckets and rear seat delete, probably a low hemi or MW scoop. A fun car. I have done the perfect 100 point stuff too much and I find I rather make a good driver and than perfect show car!
I admit at 73 working on these is getting harder all the time. I havn't took the time to do the bonded Tx. title thing, guess I am afraid someone will want it!!

Got the title. Offered it for sale but I guess $10,000 is too high and even $9000 was too! Its hard to get up and down at 74 but I will keep on working on it as I rather finish it and drive it till I can't. Wife is a better salesman than me anyway!!!!

My favorite wagon is the two-door hdtp 62 Dart that Geri (can't remember her last name) built. The one with the Hemi.
The new/current owner has it painted inRamchargers livery.
I don't know how to post pics I don't own, but Google Hemi dart wagon, and it will come up.

Yep. That one! Geri was a member here, but left over a feud with another member, if I remember right.
Sad loss, she was amazing.

133 pages of early B bodies. This will take a while to backread.

Oh my, I see a Hemi badge on the fender. Heck, I would be happy with a Poly.
The thing I like the most about it, simplicity. I owned it about a week when one of my neighbors stopped me and offered to trade a 69 white 340 Dart for it. Makes me think.....
