That's the ticket! Almost exactly what I Frankensteined together. Had to make the piece with the hole in it (it is offset a bit and not centered) and a little bit different push in clip than your showing, but its right on the money. I figured the hole was as big as it is for push in clips. I think most of that beltline is pop in clips so you don't have to get at it from the inside.
