64 Dodge only

Here is my Windsor, Ontario-bult 1964 Dodge Polara 4-door hardtop. It is equipped with the Canada-only "Sport Package", giving this 4-door factory bucket seats and console. The bucket seat backs are fixed, and do not fold ahead. I am the second owner, having bought it in 1980. Originally a 313 car, it now has a 440 dressed with 426 Street Wedge chrome valve covers and air cleaner. Also, pictures of a 1964 Dodge Polara 500 convertible that I restored and eventually sold. Originally a 383 car, I rebuilt and installed a 426 Street Wedge, and equipped it with 2 X 4 intake and carbs. Also bought in 1980, it spent most of its life in Georgia.

A couple of beauties there. That 4 door is stunning.

Some Ontario '64 Dodges. The white convertible was being displayed by the elderly couple that bought it new!

Very nice pictures Dave, do you have any of the Cdn 440 model taillights? Probably not many Americans have seen them?

It's funny, I have always liked Dodges buy for some reason Plymouth's have always followed me home.

I don't think I have. Those Canadian 440 tail light assemblies were originally going to be the U.S. Polara tail lights. Only the Polara 500's were to be equipped with the big base plate eventually used on the Polara. By production time, things changed.
