Has anybody bought a front disc brake conversion kit that included everything they needed? I've read a lot of guys used I think 70 or so a body spindles. Is rather just spend the money to get a full kit all in one and be done. I've seen lots range from anywhere to $500 to $1300 but not really sure which one has everything I would need. If I have too I can get some a body parts. I live 20 minutes away from mopar city if anybody has heard of them. Thanks.

Just bought a pair of 73-76 A Body spindles, hubs, rotors, calipers and dust shields for around $300.00 shipped from California, I live in Connecticut. The A Body stuff works really well, you will need a dual master cylinder, lines and proportioning valve to complete the setup. Once done, looks just like factory. Am in the process of doing mine now, will keep you posted as to any problems. FYI also working on 64 Polara. Hope this helps.

purchased front disc kit from Summit that included everything for under 600.00. 65 Plymouth belvedere 11. everthing fit and works great.

Speedway motors has a kit that includes spindles and largely stock-type pieces. Complete conversion. $519.00 for the kit.

Wilwood has a Pro street kit with vented rotors and lightweight parts that bolt to the existing drum spindle. It's ~$100 more. This is what I used as I wanted to save #'s.

Another Wilwood street kit user. I am very happy with the way my car stops. Non power assist brakes, 15/16 bore Aluminum master, front Wilwood's, rear drums 4130 lbs.

Mine is a little lighter at 3,287 lbs. and I use the 1 1/8 master cylinder for a firmer pedal yet shorter throw. Works equally well for street and strip. The Fenco Master is $26 at Autozone right now. AR Engineering adapter for the MC to finish it off.

I did this. my parts came from a 74 A body. They have the 5 on $ 1/2 bolt pattern. Cost me about 150 bucks.

Very happy Wilwood user too - they do make a kit to fit drum brake spindles. 140-11019 (1973-80 to match later spindles I already had on her) - 14” Flex lines 220-7056

Call Dr. Diff and tell him what you want and what you have. He'll hook you up with everything you need. I am literally in the middle of doing the conversion got all my stuff from him. Had a question on a Sunday and he answered me via email within an hour. Awesome guy, awesome customer service.

Lots of street miles and a couple of weekends at the dragstrip. I've come down from 120mph more times than you can imagine and no problems whatsoever. It's amazing how easy the car is to push around too! No brakes dragging..

I am thinking of doing the 4 wheel set up from Dr. Diff on my MAX. He even has the adaptor hubs so I can still use my tapered axel diff.
