Will a 440 in a 69 Roadrunner bolt in a 64 Polara with a 383. Also will it bolt up to the 727 in it now??

Yes on both accounts. Pretty sure you could get a 413 in those cars and that is an RB just like the 426,440 and 426 Hemi.

All big blocks mate with all big block transmissions. Yes.

Rem has a point. You may need to mess around with the exhaust. Other than that fits like a glove.

That's what is in my 1964 Polara, now. I used to have a 413 in it. I had H.P. exhaust manifolds on the 413, but have period-correct 1964 log-style manifolds on the 440. The car originally had a 313 in it. It was more work converting from small block to big block. Everything fits fine.

Great! I figured it would. This 440 has TTI headers, but I also have the 440 HP exhaust manifolds, and the 383 in the '64 now has its stock ones. So is it a clearance issue with the shock towers?

Should fit without issues. If those cars came with a 413 Then the 440 should fit the same way.

The TTI headers won't work. The right side will interfere with steering. The other fitment will be fine.

If you need stock style pipes from the HP manifolds I believe Mancini Racing has them. Exhaust Pipes (Head-pipes to Manifolds)

Are these the log style you mentioned? Here are some pictures. This is what's on the 383 now.

Yep, that's them. Dumps out the back. You can use 2 1/4" pipes on them.
