You really need to start from the IBM card. Stellantis/Chrysler Historical should be able to send you a microfiche copy of the IBM card.

Thanks guys. I thought Chrysler Historical didn't have records older than 1969 models. I thought I recalled something about a fire back in the day... or something?

The fire was a myth. After 1967 the factories stopped providing the records to the factory. Back then those people running the plants didn’t think that information was important enough to keep.
