'65 Belvedere wheel/tire options

Hey all, I'm looking to upgrade the look and stance of Blanche ('65 Belvedere) and was wondering if anyone has upgraded to 15"s. Currently I'm running 14''s with 215/70s. Stock 8.75 rear and would like to go a little wider and a little taller. I like the 215 fronts but if I go to a 15" would I need to go to more like a 215/60? And does anyone know about what width I can get away with for the rears? Any suggestions would help thank you

Rear tire fitment

Anyone with experience putting 275/60r15 DOT slicks on a 65 Coronet 4 door? Looking at Nitto for the price but M/T seems to have deeper tread. I have 8inch wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing. Looks close.
