these units are great we have one on the 64 Plymouth and it is great just hook up your drill and pre lube the engine that has been setting for a couple of weeks. Good piece of mind. The one we use is Peterson Large filter mount w/ Primer model 09-1560/09. You will have to poke a hole in your oil pan for a primer pick up spot but that is no big deal. Their number is 800 926 7867

Can i ask, did you buy an adaptor for the oil pump on the engine, too, to make the oil filter remote?
Looks like you got a black cover on the block. Scott

looks like your motor plate is 3/8 like mine, I got a 165 amp alternator from Powermasters, made up a template of it and marked the plate so it would fit. Cut out where I marked and it fits Powermaster was smaller than a stock one You will need a high output one also. With all the electronics .

Thanks for the tip but I am running a low mount 140 amp powermaster altinator with a Jones belt drive.

Have you got a mounting kit for it yet? I have one from Mancini if you want it, I did not have room for it with my lower hose on the passenger side and the shock tower in the way

thanks for the offer but yes I have the lower mount kit

A question for you, How much fitting for your fenders did you have to do? I picked my new set from Larry about 2 weeks ago, and I have a lot of fitting and sanding to get them to fit. How did you mount them, I used 1/8 x 1 wide metal with sert- nuts so I could use the factory holes. Thanks John

they do require some "fitting" I used the original style body clips on the inner fender panels and then used a original inner fender support (steel) glued to the inside of the fiberglas fender.

car will run full 3 1/2" dual aluminum exhaust. The whole exhaust system will weigh around 20 pounds.
