65 dodge coronet, 2drht, barn find

Ok all you mopar fanatics here is the car everyone wants and you can never find. Riding down the roads of this country you are always looking in back yards and open garages for that perfect find well here you go. 1965 Dodge Coronet 440 2dr htp, all original survivor car. The car is equipped with a poly 318 and power steering, automatic transmission. This car cranks and drives just like it was 1965 again. The interior is in excellent shape for a 45 year old car. I drove this car onto and off of the trailer and around the block at my house the night I brought it home. The motor cranks and makes no noise and the transmission shifts with no problems, lights work, wipers work etc. This car will need to be restored but look what you got to start with. I have looked for 10 years for a car like this to make a super stock car out of but this one is just too nice. Give me a call and we can discuss the price and any trades you may have. Nope, needs floor work, paint and so on. Mine has cherry sheetmetal and my paint isn`t that bad. I wouldn`t feel bad cutting that 65. If mine needed floors fixed and quarter extensions, mine would already be cut up. I talked to our local chassis shop and they can start on mine but they even suggested finding one in a little worse condition. You are right though, maybe I should just drop mine off and see it when it`s done.......
