Nah, It's a Strickler car that I painted, ditched the scoop and added tall stacks for a "mini me"

Some pics of my cracked & faded original wheel which is in the hands of Charlie Quarters (65satelliteman) this week for restoration & back to correct light blue color (H1B). No cracks in the spokes or rim, just the hub. Will update when it gets back home.

I'm thinking of doing the same with my 64 wheel. Two very minor cracks toward center. I have been hesitant to want to ship it due to possibility of UPS losing it on either end. Maybe I will get the courage up soon!

Still have the dark blue wheel on the car for now. It's in like new condition & will put it in parts for sale once the original is back on. It's identical in every aspect to the orignal other than the color. Sent Charlie a pic of it and he said he doesn't know what car or interior it goes to. Any idea of how many years and models are same as 65?

Same here. Sent mine USPS priorty mail insured for $500 as that was Charlie's preference. Have never had any issues with USPS and prefer that over UPS or fedex.

It's sold. I saw that car & the story on Charlie after buying mine. Told him wish I'd seen it still for sale beforehand. Think he was asking 45k but no idea what it sold for.
