65 satellite convertible frame reinforcement?

Hey, Guys. I'm going to drop a mild-build 440 in my 65 satellite convertible. The car was born with a 361. I was wondering whether anyone could say whether or not the frame would need to be reinforced? Anyone ever done this or know anything about it?

I had similar concerns/questions on my 64 Polara convertible build where I'm going from a 318 originally up to a 440. The consensus of opinions that I received said that if I planned to race the car (I'm not) then I should add subframe connectors. But since I'm building this strictly as a cruiser/show car I'm going to leave the frame alone and I feel comfortable doing so.

Same here. Pulled the poly and will drop in a 413 this year. I don't think a mild engine build like I'm planning will impact the body or frame. The weight is only marginally heavier than the poly but will be offset by an aluminum intake somewhat. The main concern I have is the big increase in torque, but my 64 vert is meant to be a nice cruiser, not a racer.
I do like the idea of frame connectors though, but I feel I should replace the floor pan if I go that far.
 
Sub frame connectors are never really considered a must on a mild street car, but considering how much the body flexes on my 'vert, I am definitely going to fit some when I replace my carpets. When I lift my car on the 2-post hoist, it's scary how much the body flexes.

Every body that fits them is amazed how much better the car feels/drives once done, especially on a 'vert.
 
Factory big block cars didn't have any reinforcement other than boxing of the torque boxes. It's not necessary but the boxing of the torque boxes and the frame connectors will make make it much more enjoyable to drive even if your not racing it. The car will feel "more stable" and tighter over bumps and road irregularities.
