Mike, I wish I could send you all the pictures that I have of blue Coronets - I've wrestled with the same question on mine - it's a black vinyl topped blue '67 R/T with black interior - it has been repainted a blue color - little darker than the bright blue that is supposed to be on it - I finally decided that if I were going to have it painted - I would go with this one - it's a late model Dodge color called Blue Streak Pearl and leave the black vinyl top on it - thought as you did to change it to white.
I've seen R/Ts with and without a vinyl top - but those vinyl tops sort of defined the era, you don't see them on the modern cars - sort of sets our cars off from the rest of the pack, which is why I decided to leave mine on. a '69 B7 blue is pretty on these as well as the medium turquoise, which I've really given some thought to as well - you don't see many '67s in turquoise and it is a good color for the body.
