Not the best of pictures to decipher what is there.
 
The part of the frame structure that ties the rear rails to the inner rocker and also where the front of the leaf spring is mounted iirc.

Now that I'm on my laptop, I see the door frame...I would say a brace for rear frame rail to inner sill.
 
AMD calls it a front leaf spring mount.
