Hey guys i was wondering if anyone has fitted a 22 inch rim in the rear of their 68-70 charger. 18s or 19s in the front. I was thinking a 20 inch rim but might look too small. Just wondering if anyones got any pis of their big wheels setup. Thanks

Might look too small?
You will find very few people that like the look of the 20" and larger wheel diameters, on classic cars especially.
The razor thin sidewall sucks for a car with any power; you'll go up in smoke way too easy.
If this is the look you truly want, nobody has the right to stop you. Unfortunately for you, about the same amount of people will step up to support the choice.
I run 18x9s up front and 18x10s in the rear and I get a 50/50 mix of good/bad feedback. That number gets a bunch worse with the bigger wheels.

You can fit 20 inch rims and still not run "rubber band" sidewalls:

Thats 18 up front and 20 in the back...Personally, if I had to do it again I would run 18s all around so I could actually have a useful spare on road trips. Ive seen 20s all around and it's too much. 22s would be way too big for my taste.

Hey fenn .. does the charger a mini tube? How much clearance between the wheel opening and the tire thanks

Nobody uses tires with tubes in them anymore.
