Does someone make the back glass channel for a 68 Charger? The lower channel is good, as I replaced the rear deck filler panel. I am looking for the top by the roof and sides by the sail panels.

Make it yourself for a fraction of the price. Find a metal fab shop and have them bend some 16 gauge sheet metal. All you need is a 90 degree bend with a one inch flange. See my “Lookie what $5000 buys you” thread here. I made my own.

Yes, I understand and can make it myself. I was hoping to be able to order this, it is for a customers car and he will be buying it. I was hoping to save some time.

I guess its much too late for you, sir. But this video shows a very good way to repair such things. I did it myself like this on 4 spots on my 68 coronet's rear windshield and didnt even have to use any bondo.

Only thing i did different was i used 22 gauge sheet metal, as original. So much thinner than fitzee in the video. Dont know why all the professionals use almost double of the original thickness, so decided to do not. :D

22 gauge metal is pretty thin and I don't think any of our cars came with it. 18 gauge is common.

Its definitely 0,8mm on my 68 Coronet, which should be between 21 and 22 gauge, according to the table i googled. I wondered too, so i measured different spots with the same result. The subframes are much thicker of course.
