68 GTX bracket??

Bought this car as a basket case. Car is back from paint with this bracket painted but not installed. I have no clue where it mounts? Thanks Larry J

WOW Now that I look at your pic that does look like the battery box support, the support under the dash looks sort of like that

Thanks guys they painted it car color I just bolted it in looks good to me.
