69 GTX fender mounted turn signal location

My 69 GTX came with fender mounted turn signals, but they were left off during a restoration. Is there a template or dimensions I can use to accurately locate them on the fenders?

Click the link above….I used the rough measurement from this thread after validating it, and later to avoid guesswork, laid out the angle of the holes as shown.
