Got a little more work completed. I was able to reupholster the rear seats with a little help from my brother. I’ll post a pic when I get them installed in the car.
I also started putting the front bumper assembly together now that the chrome finally finished them. Just need a few fasteners is finish and get it installed on car.

Yes, I actually did blackout in core support and headlight bracket areas. I guess I didn’t really show a pic of that in earlier updates. Here’s a better pic of it.

After trying to sort out all the wiring in the dash, decided to install dash in car.
Everything seems to work correctly except turn signals. Hazards work correctly inside and outside, but turn signals do not. Both turn lights stay on in instrument panel with lever in neutral position and don’t flash when actuated either direction. Bad switch??? I don’t believe it’s a ground issue since hazards work and running lights work fine. Need to sort that out before I get too far.

DAMN that is AWESOME work EJL. I am encouraged by your progress as I have a basket case that is literally in totes. It is on a big frame table ( very nice it came with the car) once I get the floors and quarters completely welding in its going on a rotisserie. It's almost overwhelming

On the electrical issue, Since your dash signal lights are "on" the signal circuit is receiving power when it should not be...I would start with the flasher as stated earlier...but I would also check both sides of the connector with a voltmeter to see which wire has power(check diagram to confirm power source). Work backward from there...get a Wiring diagram for the electrical it will help you trace the power source you should not be getting...I purchased a New M&H bulkhead harness for my charger installed it and had reverse light issues. Two of the wires in the bulkhead were in incorrect positions causing it to stay on all the time....

Thanks, I had swapped out the the flasher relay a few times with no change.
I also have a new M&H dash harness along with full service and wiring diagrams. I’ll do what you suggested and see what I find. Thanks for the suggestions.
I took some time off from working on car, but got back to it tonight. I ended up getting a new flasher for the turn signal issues and it solved that problem. The only issue I have now is when I turn on parking or headlights, the turn signal lights on the dash come on. If I move turn signal arm on to driver side the lights will blink inside and outside of car, but passenger side does not when switched that way. I started to think maybe it was a bad headlight switch so I swapped that out twice but no change. I still don’t think it’s a grounding issue as everything else works as it should inside and outside of car.
The only thing I haven’t done is start testing wires to find power source as Plainfield suggested earlier. Man do I hate electrical!!!
