Trial fitting torque boxes & sub frame connectors...

Rad support brace,Z bar frame bracket,and K member removal...Rad support brace tac welds had to be cut in order to get it to fit...too narrow otherwise.....fenders come off tomorrow & scrape off undercoating so braces can be welded onto inner fender well.....bit by bit

Was a lil worried about what I might find when I pulled the fenders off ....Nice surpris to see the only rust was surface and a FEW scaly spots....WHEW !...Gotta LUV S.W cars their sheet metal is SOLID !

95% of undercoating removed ! ...took long enuff....sub-frame connectors screwed in place ,inside primed...

THANK GOD !!!...It's a A.Z car that was undercoated...I was very relieved when I got all the U.C off...

Sub frame connectors insides primed in painted and screwed in place

trunk underside ...had to prime ...fact prep n paint not good here,started to flash rust after only 12 hrs...

Paint shows small rust holes ...think'n weld solder or braze ?

Rear Torque Box wells cleaned n primed...if it's not to cold I'll do the fronts tomorrow then a lil detail grinding n weld everything in place...GOD willing!

lower rad support brace,rad support,driver side inner fenderwell brace,pass side fenderwell brace,driver side prep't & pass side prep't ..welding m in hopefully this week...
