Since you have a 70 R/R, have you removed rear axles to replace bearings. I have a 70 Superbird and rear driver side bearing heated up and caught fire. I haven't removed them before, no idea how. If you can help i'd appreciate it. Thanks

I do minor mechanic work as hobby and seized bearing is not something that I have taken on, unfortunately I am one who has to pay to get things done.
While upgrading to 4 link we put new mossier axles, bearings and disc on

There is some pretty extensive work going into this Roadrunner but the end result will be good!

Soon it'll be visegrip time!

There was a lot more vice grip time than we planned on for sure, it always turns out that way when it is stripped to bare metal.
Posting 4 or 5 pictures at the time is about all the patience I have per sitting

Hell of a job so far, Keep up the good work. I feel ya on the patients with the pics. If you need vice grips Sgt. Paul might have one or two pair lying around. If you haven't seen his thread you can see what I mean for yourself. Lol....

Pretty ambitious build but some really nice looking work to go with it! Congrats on the progress.

Nice work your doing to say the least being a project of that magnitude. Good luck...

I have been to that level, you have my utmost admiration and respect as well as my moral support. Just remember to keep your eye on the prize! it will end up looking nice !
