Oil pan troubles?
Everything looks absolutely fantastic so far, this is going to be my favorite car ever.

Got to the bottom, correct part number but wrong pan was installed makes me curious about what you don't see

Dropped the rack out of the way and installed the motor just waiting on the oil pan 151.jpg152.jpg153.jpg154.jpg155.jpg

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo envious, maybe someday I'll have an Elephant in mine as well. That car is looking absolutely gorgeous, motor, paint, stance and it's a vert!! Well done

taking badass to the next level with a 528 HEMI...WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Damn, that is SO SWEET I just got a cavity!!!

May I ask where you got your radiator from? Are you happy with it and its fit? Does it mount to stock mounting holes?

Thanks,

Hawk

It is a griffin

We do not have clearance that we need, will have to work out. Randy at Bouchillon has been helping with everything and is not aware of this issue, he has been off for the holidays

I am sooooooo jealous of how fast and clean this car is coming together! Frickin awesome!

Nice Build!! You/Your guys are moving fast!! Hell, my '64 was in the body shop for 8 months!! and that was with me stopping damn near every weekday tho cattle prod them! That will be Outstanding! Love the '70 body. Had a '70 440 GTX back in the day.

Been an waiting since October for these American racing wheels
When they were ordered was told 4 to 6 weeks.
Wheels are 2 piece wheels and the center part was on back order from China.
Center part arrived in port in December when dock workers were on strike.
My luck
I am sick and tired of Chinese crap
Wheels were completed in states and one of the welds are leaking air

Well......uh......at least they LOOK awesome. Sorry to hear of more bullshit for you though:(

Got the wheels on the car
Going to raise the rear about an inch lower the front about one inch

Would an electric fan cure the radiator clearance prob?, or are there reasons you wouldn't or couldn't use an e-fan?

Wanted the nostalgic look
Going with 7 blade fan an no clutch and put 2 10" high performance pusher fans on the front of the condenser

Got more things done
Been waiting since end of December for Kim to get my wiper motor to me, the dash is painted and read to go in.
Trying to find the new visor top latch receivers and cant find
