70 RoadRunner w/diesel!

That's great. I want to say that if we can't commend this mans efforts, then we all have failed to see the bigger picture. Its ideas and wild inventions that made this country once the greatest land on this planet. Now sadly its slipping away. Pollution, corruption, false hope, poverty. This is where we are headed. Keep believing that our government is trying to help. Its them that will bring our demise. Its people like this guy who will be most significant if we do have an armageddon. This country needs to start doing innovative things. Its what put us on top and its what will keep us there. Im so tired of people relying on the Eastern world for things. Too many Americans want to sit on their a$$es and scoff at people. Get out and turn some wrenches. I love big blocks like most of you. But who's making a 8-10 speed tranny so that we can make them engines get 20 miles a gallon? Or turning them into hydrogen injected engines. Sorry but gasoline is on its way out. Read the writing on the wall. The future is bleak for naturally aspirated gasoline engines. We need a new fresh idea. At least this guy is hell bent to keep his b body on the road. Hell it will probably get more use than any of your blown hemi's will. And turning young kids heads. The only reason i became a fan of old mopar, was because i could see them on the roads. But now its so rare that the only evidence they exist is internet pictures or car shows. I say good work and lets keep them on the road and out of the garages and off the trailers.

I saw it last year . The guy gave Me a bunch of 15 inch wheels for free and sold a rearend to My Son. It's not turbo charged. It's definetely different. The Guy who owns is a nice person,it's His car.

I took all the 15" wheels he had left, and bought a 69 RR grille. He is a very nice guy, and a good fabricator.

I might would do something like that to a Belvedere or Satellite but not a Road Runner. Sell the Road Runner to someone that will build it and buy a Satellite to do it to.

just my 2 cents.

I admire his vision and thought process.
It his car, he can do whatever floats his boat. It not like Plymouth only made one 70 road runner.
I'm sure people scorned hot rodders chopping up 32 fords, no less cutting up cars to Pro street them.
It not like he can't take it out and put it back in short order.

Very different to see that! While it may be a true road runner it can always be put back to original some day.I`d rather see someone doing that than have it rotting away to nothing in the field.

WOW!!!!!

Looks like maybe he should put some big ol' Super Swampers on that bad boy. :icon_jokercolor:

Every one has a project and this is one heck of a project....
