70 Super Bee Bumperetts

Hello,
Starting a restore on a 70 bee. It has front bumperetts on it which are original. The rear bumper is not and is from a coronet which has holes for the rear bumperetts on it. The problem is I cannot find any information about the 70 Super bees having rear bumperetts. Does anyone know if Super Bee's have the rear bumperetts as I cannot find any pics of a 70 Bee with them?

Yes they did. My 70 Bee came with bumperettes on the front & rear. I think they were an option. But if it had them on front then they should be on the rear also.

That is what I was thinking too. I just am not seeing the rear bumperetts on any pics anywhere. But it makes sense that you could not order a car with them on the front and not on the back....

LOWHOUND...my Bee has them on the front but not the back...and I think the car was untouched in that regard...much of it other than the motor wasbut who knows...think they could be a split option...or the guys at Lynch Road threw on whatever they felt like?

You may be right. Mopars were different ,especially back in the day.

I did not know this until I saw the pics of them on the rear!! I have bumperettes on the front of my '70 Bee; I don't think I like them as much on the rear. To each his own.
