My car wouldn't start so after replacing both my starter and relay solenoid, I moved on to replacing my ignition switch. I've done some research on the subject before coming here and I'll probably end up rebuilding and re-greasing the whole column since I've pretty much taken the whole thing apart at this point anyway. However, I've gotten stuck on removing the the column at the coupler, which is why I turned here for advice. Like I said, I've done my research and for what it's worth I know that there should be a roll pin somewhere that I need to punch out to detach the whole thing. Problem is I don't exactly know where that is.
Looking at that picture you see it should be on the coupler body, but it isn't. Mind you, there is a hole there, but I see no pin in mine. So, if someone should kindly guide me in the right direction as where to go from here I would greatly appreciate it.
