Well it has been awhile but finally got some time to work on the car the last few weeks.
Trans is working now. More rookie mistakes on my part. It took 4 times of driving and checking to get the fluid level to stop dropping. Not sure if something inside that was stuck but it seems to have stablized. Such a simple thing can be frustrating. But at least i did not have to remove the trans. Brake are still an issue, cannot get the drivers caliper to stop leaking at the hose to caliper mount. New washers and all. Made sure they and the surfaces were clean as a whistle. Maybe being to timid on torqueing it down. Just not sure. I will keep trying.
 
What is the line's you are using. I bought the in line stainless steel and had that issue also. Double torque them seem to help. Passenger side seems to be a little wet. But not loosing that much fluid in my brake master cylinder. Think the fluid in the trans was going into the torque converter.
 
Thanks blue69runner. I am using the rubber repro from Classic or one of the other resto part places. Its the flexible line from the factory solid pre-bent line from the combination valve. It is a very small drip. But want resolve. I will try more torque and see what happens.
On the tranny I agree something was dropping the level. I did put several quarts in the TC prior to install 3 or 4 I think. But i was told I should have put in like 9.

I put a CPP disc brake conversion on my 1967 Coronet. The passenger side caliper was leaking where the banjo bolt goes into the caliper. I spoke to CPP when I was at Natiknal Street Rods in Louisville and they said they use an impact to tighten the bolt to get a tight seal. Went home and tightened it down much tighter with a rachet. The extra torque was enough to seal it.
