74 Charger SE front fender availability

Is anyone making reproduction steel front fender for 74 Charger yet? I have been looking at a few companies but haven’t seen anything. Please let me know, Tim.

I do not believe anyone is re-popping the 71-74 Charger (or RR) fenders, you have to go used.

There might be some fiberglass ones out there, but used is your best option. No re-pop metals ones.

This month's Mopar Collector's Guide has an article about AMD finally making full quarters for our 3rd gens. I called them on Friday to ask if there were plans in the works to repop the fenders. The fella I spoke with said they have no intensions of doing so because there's not enough demand. I call BS! If there's a demand for the quarters, why not the fenders? I've been looking for a driver's side for about 6 months!!

I think I will call AMD this week and see what they say. I also say BS as there are still many many 3rd gen chargers out there. Maybe if they get enough requests they will start producing them…or not.

Then they will sell on 1200 each one (outrageous price, out of pocket for most fans)… and will say there is no profit on that, stopping the production due the “low demand”.

There is demand for that and many other parts, but not at gold prices.

If you have your original fender, repairing it might be the next best option. I have a damaged fender on a 74 I want to rebuild and unless things change and they reproduce fenders, I'll be fixing the fender on it. As stated, place a want ad here also. Shipping is always a killer on big items.
