Hey everyone. New member from Kansas and just started the restoration two weeks ago. Tear down has been going well and hope to have the body removed off the frame in a couple of weeks. Been reading all the great posts and plan to tap into expertise as the project continues.
Welcome aboard the fun!! Very cool project and best wishs to "gitter done"!!! All kind of help here never hesitate to ask and please keep us updated!!!!
Hello and welcome. I too am in the process of redoing a 74 Roadrunner. If you have any questions, need a contact or two for parts, etc. Just ask. I also have taken over 500 pics of my car as it was torn down and the whole process so far so if you forget how it goes back together I might be able to point you in right direction lol. There's a lot of great guys on this site and TON of info on here. And I see we are just on the other side of the state line as well. Good luck.
Welcome aboard!! I'm looking forward to seeing more pics and progress , I also agree with idrivemopar that brown would be pretty cool,, and different but I do like those 73-74 cars in silver also ,,,,,, I got an idea!!!! Build it the way you want it! Good luck on your build!
Welcome and nice project! I have a 73 that was originally Tahitian Gold Metallic. In other words brown. But is was actually a really cool color brown. In the sun, it sparkled like gold.
I didn't restore the car to that color because at the time I restored it (late 80's to 1992), I only had options of black or white interior replacement options, and mine was gold/parchment. Now I wouldn't mind restoring it to its original color...
