Hey all,
Have a quick, newbie, question.
I have a 65 Belvedere II project I am working on. It had a 2.93 Sure Grip rear axle when I got it and I had the third member rebuilt w/ 3:23 gear last year. I just got around to putting the axles back in and I have the end play adjuster on the drivers side. Of course AFTER I got it all together and adjusted, it was pointed out to me that the factory put that on the passenger side.
Is there any functional/safety reason that it has to be on the passenger side? Just wondering before I take it all apart again...
