Advice on a 400 build

So, I have a 72 400 lying around, and am picking up a 87 D100 with a slant six automatic.

Now that's probably a dog of a combination,

Wondering if someone has a good parts list together for a 400 rebuild, something that makes 400 or so HP, I would like to build a truck for the street that's drivable and kind of obnoxious.

either that or put a turbo on the slant six, but not really into the need to fabricate the pipes and such.

I have a 360 block and crank also if anyone has a good parts list for that too,

IQ52 has a build with dyno specs on a 400 he built for a customer so search him or PM him for info
