Aloha!

Aloha Mike. I'd already said "buy it" on FABO and I still say that. I don't think there are any really unique problem areas you need to look for on that car.

sounds like a good deal. There are people that try to get more than that for a rusted roller. Take care and have a great day. Welcome from Indiana.

no look-see yet...

Couldn't hook up with the owner over the weekend...tomorrow I kick the tires...

I'll let you know how it goes...
:santa:

Aloha

Well you BETTER let us know....(he said shaking his finger sternly):tongueflap:

went and kicked the tires...

I think he bought it

Nope...

Well...I saw the "B"east. Yea its a true Hawaii car....time has not been kind to her....floor boards have been replaced....with fiberglass....engine sounded good....exhaust leaks...power window switches shot(easy fix)...told the motors still good...original interior...trashed though...headliner still there...but in strips.

Tons of body work...PO bondo over the rear window tray (between the trunk and rear window....no chrome molding showing...just slapped bondo to seal the rust. rear fenders are bondo (big time) not even sanded...trunk lid wasn't lining up...back (middle) of it was rubbing against the body when you closed it...odd.

Cancer was bad...I'm not a body guy... Not sure if I have the time or patience to take that on....

Still available...sure liked the body style...

gotta think hard about this one....

Aloha

Bummer. I thought I had seen over on FABO that you bought it.

musta been some other guy on another Hawaiian Island looking at another early B:rolling:

(without CHEMICALS.....life itself would be impossible)

Yea I saw that on FABO..I think he was referring to the picture of the car above...and how he was "sold" on it!
